MKR1000 not configuring on Arduino IoT

I am trying to set up my Arduino MKR1000 in Arduino IoT on my computer. I have Arduino Create Agent installed and working. When I do to add a device, it detects that I have an MKR1000 connected to my computer via a micro USB cable. The next step is to upload the sketch, and it says:
"We were not able to configure your device
Something went wrong!
Please try to:

  • Restart the Create Agent on the computer.
  • Reconnect the device to the computer and make sure the power LED lights up."

The power LED lights up and I have the create agent installed. I am not sure what the issue is or how to troubleshoot.

Hello, did you solve it, I have the same problem.

solved, you must press 2 times in a row the reset button on the board and that's it.
