MKR1310 Board Not Recognized

I received an MKR1310. Using Boards Manager, I updated Adruino SAMD Boards to 1.8.3. After this:

  1. A message keeps popping up that says it recognizes the MKR1310, and tells me to update to the latest software
  2. MKR1310 does not appear in the boards drop down list.

It seems to work when selecting MKR1300 Board (although, just like the MKR1300, I still can get it to reliably report that it has successfully joined the thethingsnetwork even though the RAK7249 and thethingsnetwork show a successful join.).

Am I missing something or should it work this way?
