MKRWifi1010 - Servidor Web

Buenos días. Debo hacer un pequeño servidir Web con un MKRwifi1010. Debo preguntar por un nombre y un apellido. Pasar ese nombre y apellido a dos variables. No sé cómo pasar el valor que entro en la Web a una variable y poder trabajar con esta variable. Os adjunto el código que estoy usando, que es una modificación del código ejemplo de abrir y apagar leds. Alguien sabe cómo puedo pasar la información que entro en la web a la variable "nom" y "cognom"
