I am curious if it is possible to connect an Arduino MKRZero to an Android phone. I have gotten this to work with an Arduino Mega, but it seems to only work with Arduinos with USB B ports on them. Any help would be appreciated.

For anyone who is looking for the answer to this. It is possible to do this. Kai-morich serial usb app on the play store works. Once the MKRZero is connected to the phone via an OTG cable you must go into the devices tab and use the custom drive called CDC.
