MLX90614 Sleep and Wake up

Hi, I am having trouble with sleeping and waking up my MLX90614 sensor that is connected to my SEEED XIAO BLE module. Does anyone have an idea on how to get it to work? I am using the SparkFun_MLX90614_Arduino_Library

I am using the IRTherm::sleep and IRTherm::wake() functions to sleep and wake up.

Why do you think that they don't work?

We might also need your complete code and a complete wiring diagram to check the case.
