MODEM Power circuit control suggestion and improvment

Hi Team,

I'm using the circuit below to control the power of MODEM
In this circuit, whenever the pin M_PWR_CNTRL is high, the PNP transistor is turned off and there is no output.

Whenever the pin M_PWR_CNTRL is low, the PNP transistor is turned ON, then getting output.

so please let know if there is any improvement in this circuit

May I know how you selected the values of R60, R50 and R82?

This is the right way:

For SMD use MMBT3904

Need to find a different MOSFET, the PMV35EPE will not work for 3.8V

How much current does the MODEM need?
