Module for handsfree with ANC/R and Echo Cancellation

Hello,

I'm looking for a module that I can use to build a hands-free kit with. (==
Active Noise Canceling / Reduction (ANC / R) and Echo Cancellation are necessary. (I do not want to build a headset but a handsfree set, as you find in the car of the Parrot brand (of course, it's something else I eventually want to build , this example will only become part of the whole)
Does anyone has an idea?

I don't think that this has anything to do with an Arduino.

I like playing with non-Arduino stuff too, but we try to keep it clean on this particular discussion forum.
