Module to have internet connection

Hello,

I'm new to Arduino and i'm developing a project where i need to have a mobile internet connection (GPRS or 3G or LTE), no Wi-fi.
What module do you recommend me to buy?

That sounds sensible. I have a TPLink TL-MR3020 router into which you can plug a 3G / 4G dongle. AFAIK you just need to use a dongle that works in whatever country you are using it.
