Moisture in oil sensor

Hi
I have oil which used for insulation inside high voltage equipment like transformes and I need to measure the moisture or water content in this oil.
Is there any sensor can used with Arduino ti measure the moisture ??

Thank for all

Buy a commercial recognised system to do this - when the transformer blows up , how are you going to justify using a hobby device and asking on a hobby forum what to use, to get accurate moisture content .

Your "oil" has two types of water in it. The first is water dispersed in the oil. This oils is always there and can only be evaluated by chemical analysis of the oil.

The second type of water is what precipitates out of the oil due to gravity. It usually pools at the bottom of a tank. This you can detect with a a moisture sensor.

And by the way, the oil is used for cooling, not insulation..
