Mon pc ne reconait pas mon arduino

Bonjour je suis debutant et ayant récemment acheter un arduino uno je me heurte a un probleme. Mon pc ne reconnait pas mon arduino impossible de le trouver dans le gestionnaire de peripherique et sur tout les tuto que j'ai regarder aucun ne fonctionne

Actually I was wrong it was a cable problem. Fortunately I bought one that worked.

If nothing appears in device manager when you plug in the Arduino board, either the board is defective, or the cable is defective or charging only. There have been a lot of incidents with bad USB cables reported here recently - I think someone is selling arduino boards with low quality USB cables that have a very high failure rate.

I bought the official arduino kit on amazon, so I don't think it's that. But I'm keeping it in mind. Thank you for your answer.
