On the 2nd of December, I ordered an arduino mega 2560, but on the 5th I received an email saying that my card was allegedly fraudulent. despite the fact that I ordered an arduino uno and there were no problems, but so far my money has not been returned, what is the reason and the support service does not answer my questions.

I hope you will still be able to acquire a Mega 2560 board in some way despite the difficulties you encountered during your first attempt. It is a very nice board. I have used one almost daily for the last decade.
