It actually just says "Arduino", but that comes from selecting "Arduino as ISP" in Tools/Programmer. I don't know what selection you made that produces stk500v1. But you and I are using different IDE versions, and it may be that selecting "Arduino as ISP" produces the stk500v1 in yours. This may have something to do with the reset capacitor, and making that no longer necessary. This thread goes into that:
