I does not know how to build a circuit like that. The first chematic i posted is just as far i come until i understand that it not works.
I have done som research and found a Youtube video that have partly reverse engineered a LED flash Relay that stops turning lights fast blinking when switching to LED.

I try to redraw this in EasyEDA, but it is one component there that i "believes" is a mosfet, but he is not shure. Therefore i must first find ut what component this is. Any clue?
