Most simple library for wireless transmission with arduino?

I am using the following transceiver (http://www.rfsolutions.co.uk/acatalog/DSSMARTALPHA-5.pdf). I would like to know the simplest library that can be used with arduino to transmit data wirelessly. Someone mentioned Jeelab? It would be helpful if the there are few examples codes done with the library.
