motion sensor start sensing even if there is no motion.

i am using motion sensor to sense motion , i have gave supply to arduino form 230ac v to 5dc v adapter,

when i switch on the the supply adapter motion sensor will start sensing even if there is no motion.

It takes a short time to settle down so simply put in a short delay in the setup() to allow it to stabilise.
