Motor control

I am planning on using a duemilamove board in a robot design. I have worked a little with similar projects, but this is the first on my own. I was wondering if I get some advice on how to interface two dc motors with the arduino. I have some research and am considering a shield by DFRobot with a seperate battery pack.

What suggestions do you have for choosing a shield or some other motor controller? thanks

What kind of motors are you going to be using. Mostly you need to know the voltage and the stall current of your motors.
you can get some motor driver or motor controller (motor controller if you need your resources on arduino for other functions).

you can take a look at these controllers and drivers:

Since this same type of question is being asked once or twice per day, I suggest you do a board search for "motor" and spend a some time reading what has already been ask and answered. lot of info already available. When you have specific questions about your motors or code, then post them.

i totally concur with zoom kart refer and i personally also learnt by googling a lot after advice form them

any ways chek dis out
