Hii am hoping someone can help me. i have created a motor controller board, when plugged directly into a 12V dc power supply works great. the issue i am having is that i now need to input the 12v DC power supply from the relay. everythihng else i connect to the relay powers up great, however when i connect the motor controller to the 12v ouput of the relay, the relay just starts rapidly turning on then off. also all the leds do the same. i know its my hardware but cant seem to find the answer. i have attached an image of my schematic hopefully someone can help

"Plugging a motor controller board into a 12V DC power supply" is not a clear/concise description of whatever you're trying to convey.
Also, what do you mean by "need to input the 12V DC supply from the relay"?
What kind of relay have you got? Probably a good idea to show a diagram that conveys your situation very clearly. Put labels on your diagram.... like "relay". Show how you've connected the relay to the motor controller.
