good day guys, please i need someone to help me, i have a dc motor that runs on 9.6v can i use 3 of my 3.7v batteries to power it, i.e 11.1v please i am confused

You probably can. It may spin faster, or perhaps run warmer.
If you want a more extensive answer you need to post the datasheet for your motor and also tell us what the motor is being used for.
