Hope some body knows where to find a dual motordriver for 2 brushless motors 24v 250w.
I want to use two bike hub motors to build a special wheelchair a d controll it via Adruino and 2 joysticks.

Take a look at a BTS7960, your load is about 10.5 Amps, well with in the range of the module. I am taking a SWAG but I think you will also need to reverse the motor. I have used these for many years and they work good. They are less then $10.00 if you want to wait on delivery.

Surely with two motors and 2 joysticks the requirement would be 2 esc's.
Many available within the RC aircraft / drone / boat / car environment.

AFAIK the BTS7960 is only a driver for brushed DC motors. Brushless motors need a commutating motor driver commonly known as an ESC. There are plenty of those available though the OP will need to look for car/boat ESCs if reverse is needed.

Quadcopter ESCs will also allow motor reversal.
If you aren't stuck on having a "dual" module, two ESCs of appropriate capacity should work.
Does your country allow google? 90 seconds just now turned up many dual brushless motor driver boards…

At 250W per motor I expect you have to look for two separate drivers, which should be really easy to find (start with where you bought those motors, as chances are the seller can sell you the drivers that go with them, or at least tell you which would be suitable).
For a wheelchair you will definitely want controllers that can run the motors in reverse. That is not common for bicycles.

You are correct, bikes don’t have reverse.
I found brushed Hub-motors and most likely will order hem.

Many motors have already drivers and control wires for speed and direction
