i have a 3S 11.v battery 2200mah
my ESC recommended voltage is 7.4v-11.1v.
and my motor recommended voltage is 7.4v.
so can i use this battery for my ESC and Motor pair ???
or i should replace this battery with 2s ??

What kills a motor is heat generated in its windings. This loss power can be calculated by P=IIR where P-Power in Watt, I-motor current in Ampere and R-winding resistance in Ohm. How much current a motor consumes in a given situation depends on the voltage and the mechanical load. The best way to protect a motor is having a termistor in the inding and monitor its temperature.
As long as the motor not gets hot is ok to drive it with a slight larger voltage
You can run it for a short time, stop and check the temperature (sniff for burning smells too!),
run for longer, repeat until satisfied it will hold out. Be sure to detach the power connector
before sticking your nose near the thing though(!)
