Motor noise and jerk

I am using BLDC motor which is having rated torque of 0.25 Nm. Whenever i give more duty cycle i am getting noise and jerk. If i run the motor with 0.1 duty cycle, jerk is not there. These jerk and noise not coming when i run the motor alone, i am getting jerk whenever i do the whole assembly (motor with outer cover). Please help me in this.
