Motor type for a wheeled project

I have started to work with a wheeled project, so I wanted a 60 RMP motor, which is free rotation in resistance, to be more specific I wanted a motor type which I can spin wheel freely by hand if motor is not active, I am not quiet sure if is only brushless motor or can I find something else.
Thank you in advance, I'll appreciate your help.

Most motors with such a low shaft speeds are geared, and will show some resistance to being spun when not powered.

If that is not acceptable, you will have to find a brushless motor and driver capable of rotating at 60 RPM. Good luck and let us know if you find one.

I suppose you could add an electric clutch, but that might even be harder to find.

I do not think you will find a motor that goes that slow without a gear box, there is nothing left for torque. Consider using a motor with a gearbox and a clutch at the wheel side. You can design it to engage whenever the motor is powered or separately if you want. I did a google search with "small hobby clutch" and found several. Have Fun!
