I need to have Its intrinsic paramètres résistance inductance speed constante torque constant and moment of inertie. Can any one help me. Im working on the speed xpntrol or the dc motor

I suspect you are supposed to measure those parameters yourself. This is a class assignment, is it not?

i am a student working on dc motor control and i cant get intrinsec parameters of the dc motor 3 to 6V sold wth the arduino kit.
Speed control itself is usually done by varying a PWM signal, but you have to add an encoder or so to measure the actual speed your motor runs at, so you know what value to set the PWM signal to, and get the speed you want. For that part, look also into the PID library for control.
