Motorized 3-way valve and Arduino

My goal is to have an auto-filtration system to filter out seawater. I would like to filter out the seawater once an hour for a few minutes. I have a HSH-Flo Motorized 3 -way Valve A20-T15-B3-B, 12VDC power supply (10A), a one channel relay (5V), and an arduino board.

Has anyone completed a project similar to this? I did research online but I am stuck on the wiring. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Power Supply Wiring:

-Power Supply Positive Terminal to Positive Valve Terminal

-Power Supply Negative Terminal to Negative Valve Terminal

-Power Supply Negative to Arduino Ground????

Relay Wiring:

-Relay (IN) to Arduino Pin2

-Relay (+) to Arduino 5V

-Relay (-) to Arduino GND

-Relay (NO) to ???

-Relay (NC) to ???

-Relay (COM) to ????

Power Supply Positive Terminal to relay COM
Positive Valve Terminal to relay NO

Not needed.

What about the Open signal wire and the closed signal wire on the 3-way valve?

You need to provide documentation for your specific control model.
