If you only needed a few (under 1000), you can 3d print one, make it perfect with sanding, filler, paint, etc. Then make a rubber mold, then pour your liquid plastic in and make however many you want. I never seem to find anything that fits my application, so that's an easy way to go .
I do not have the space or the money for a 3D printer, although this could be the basis for a good idea.
Does anyone have a 3D printer and would be willing to produce such bezels for me? How do I even go about 'designing' such a part?
With regard to the second suggestion, I do not think my skills extend to making my own bezels - they need to be professional in looks as well as prcatical to use.
Its actually very easy to design, and if you go to thingiverse.com there are probably some already done and free to download files. Lots of places will 3d print cheaply. But, chances are you can buy something done easier. But if you need custom, and to your spec....3d printing is the ticket. Lots of free software for designing 3d objects out there.

Nowadays, most public libraries have a 3D printer.
