Mounting Small Solar Panel to Enclosure

I purchased a handful of these solar panels from Seeed studio, and I am trying to figure out a way to mount them to the top of my enclosures. It will be placed on the opaque plastic (not the cover).

Ideally, it would be "snapped" into a mount so that if I need to replace/change the panel I can simply unsnap. Swiveling would be nice but not required. Conceptually, a small plastic riser would work, but I don't know of any way to "snap" it into the back of the panel. Thank you so much!

I use velcro squares to secure solar panels to my devices.

The Solar Stratos airplane uses velcro to hold the solar panels on the wings.

Thanks all! I never thought to try that (I figured it wouldn't hold up to the elements).

Roofing silicone if you want a waterproof "forever" stuck.
A dab under each corner and if you want to remove the panel, slider a cardboard cutter knife under the edge.

Look for "industrial velcro" it is certainly UV proof and probably a lot more other elements. And it won;t pull apart.
