Move me through the options

Good morning comrades:

Using Proteus 8.12, Arduino UNO with 20x4 LCD and 5 pushbuttons. They can download the file, hex, source code and so on.

The program is not complete, I am doing it in parts. When I press Enter it works, then I move in the options of the push buttons, up, down, left and right. When you choose the option > "RELAYS NAME".
I have the indicator arrow (>) in > SAVE. It should be at the beginning of the LCD since with the pushbuttons you can create a name for a relay. The program is blocked.

Is there any solution?
