mpu-6050 gyroscope and arduino uno interfacing

please help. how to connect mpu-6050 gyroscope and arduino uno by coding the arduino. the objective is to read the x-axis value of mpu-6050 gyroscope only as I tilt the gyroscope.

have you done any research at all?
