Definitely. It is a 3.3V ONLY part. Best to use a 3.3V Arduino with it.For informed help, please read and follow the instructions in the "How to use this forum" post.
I have to disagree the breakout board has a 3.3V regulator!
If you attach the VCC to 3.3V the regulator will drop it more!
