Yep, but mine arduino is pro mini 5v so i have to build voltage devider?
No. Just do what I said in my last post. The I2C bus is a pull down only bus their is no need for a voltage divider. It will not work if you try that anyway.

Grumpy_Mike:
You must only connect the MPU6050 to the 3V3 line. The pullups should go to the 3V3 line.
The internal pullups in a 5V Arduino must be disabled. You should use 3K3 resistors as pull ups.
I don't get it. Arduino Pro Mini5V does not have 3.3V line build in
Then you have to have an external source of 3V3. Perhaps a voltage regulator from the 5V signal. Feed 5V into a MPU6050 and it will be toast.
I will do it tomorrow with 3.7 lipo battery.
However I still don't understand why the heck it hang's up when i turn on the motors.
If I'll plug MPU6050 SDA and SCL to arduino UNO, while leaving Vcc and Gnd in Arduino Pro Mini, and feeding whole circuit with same battery i works and gives me right output. It does not make sense here...

I am not sure you are getting this electronics lark. That chip has a maximum supply voltage of 3.46V, so a 3.7V battery is too much.
According to datasheet it can handle max VLOGIC + 0.5V so it's in range
Of course the MPU6050 breakout board has got voltage regulator from 5V to 3.3V
So VDD is 3.3V as so VLOGIC, I think it fits
Breakout board (GY-521)

Please read whole posts
Yeah, I saw that too
So maybe the problem is that arduino internal pull ups are not necesary here. But I also did a lot of reasearch and people say that even GY-521 need's another externall pull ups, other say that it need's level shifter.
Right now I'm more confused then I was at the beginning
What do you think guys, according to last post?
