If the accelerator is kept horizontal and at rest then what should be the value of z axis after scaling? Is it 1g? but Im getting some value like 3.5-4 g.what could be the possible reasons?and what should i do to correct it?
The value reported by the Z axis of a horizontal accelerometer at rest is by definition 1g.
Consult the sensor data sheet for interpretation of the measurement units.
