MQ131 Ozone Sensor - Help!

I'm working on a project that will require me to use an MQ131 with an Arduino in order to measure the Ozone levels in a container. I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with such a system. How did you design your circuit and how did you program the Arduino?

I've done quite a bit of research online and I can't find anyone that goes into enough detail to help someone with as little experience as myself. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

complex subject, following product sheet method, I have this for curves:

CL2: P1: 5,6 P1: 50,1 {0.70,0.78,-0.78} y=19.12280229 x-0.732480504
O3: P1: 5,8 P2: 0,5 , 100 {0.69,0.90,-0.93} y = 35.77380614 x-9.512576762·10-1

but... that depends on Ro, calibration, presence of the element in the air... see discussions below:
