Multiple access points on an Arduino Uno Wifi?

Hello,
I was just wondering if there was a way to have multiple access points on a single Arduino Uno Wifi.

In my case I would like to have two: one connected to another Arduino for sending/receiving data, and the other connected to a phone for monitoring purposes, similar to the AP Simple Web Server example.

the AP doesn't connect to something.
both can connect to the same AP on Uno WiFi
