multiple batteries used with single cell IC

hey guys I am using 5 lithium ion cells (18650) 2A each in parallel to get 10Ah capacity.

Can I use it with those ICs that are suitable for single cell configuration means that as long as the voltage is 5v or below (single cell voltage), it does not matter what capacity it has. So I can use with those IC that can be used for single li ion cell.

Yes. Using 5 cells in parallel is effectively the same as 1 cell with a higher capacity. It's the voltage that counts.
