I would like to have two buttons for one analog PIN on the ESP32. Will a 1K resistor as in the schematic be enough? Or choose more resistance due to more dispersion of analog between the two buttons?
What will be max V's?

The maximum voltage on the esp32 pin is 3.3V.
The purpose will be to distinguish two buttons connected on one pin. I only have one free - a big project in which I want to include two buttons for controlling the 20x4 display (left, right)
