multiple custom charactures flickering

Hi All,

I have a 2X16 lcd display conected to an arduino uno. I wanted to display different custom charactures in each display blocks. I could only show 8 of the 32. When i looked it says only 8 custom charactures can be used.

So i stuck with the 8 charactures. Problem is the LCD flickers where the the charactures are. If i use normal letters there is no flicker.

Maybe your code has something to do with your problem ....

I've always been a fan of refreshing only the things that need to refreshed, makes the task ever so faster...
