Obviously you have no clue about high voltages, it's installation and how it works. I strongly recommend to ask your local electrician to install you such a meter. It may cost you a bit more but you keep your life.
I'm sorry, but I just asked if it's possible to have multiple SCT013 for one ESP32, I never told to play with the high voltage, it's the main reason to use this type of sensors : avoid to connect or disconnect the electrical wires.
Yes, you can have multiple SCT013 on one ESP32. But you cannot measure your consumption with that setup because that will give you only the current. The consumption is the integration of the product of current and voltage over time.
But you have to install these in an environment where the high voltage is openly available. I don't know your legislation but in my country laypersons are not allowed to do that.
Believe me, in the end you will get cheaper if you use a commercial product (p.e. Shelly 3pm) and you will continue to enjoy your life if you let it be installed by a professional.
