Multiple Serial devices on Arduino Duemilanove

I'm using the Arduino's tx and rx pins to communicate with a Bluesmirf. I also want to receive GPS data which requires another set of transmit and receive pins. Is there a way to do this with the Duemilonove board? I'm using the Arduino IDE.
