Multiple Servos and Knobs

Hello there,

I'm kinda new to Arduino and I'm struggling a bit so I hope that someone can help me out. For my project I want my servo motors to be controlled by several knobs individually. So far I've managed to make 3 servos move simalteniously with just 1 knob but not 3 knobs for 3 servos. I hope that someone can help me out.
