Are you using bare TTP223 chip?
If you are using TTP233 modules, do these give access to the chip's AHLB pin?
If the answer to either is yes, there may be a way to multiplex them. I have never done this but I think it may be possible.
If the answer to both questions is no, I do not think they can be multiplexed. You will need to add external multiplexing chips.
