I need a more than 360 degrees controllable servo. Can I just change the inside servo pot to a 10 - turn 4.7k pot? An XQ-S4116F servo has a pulse width range 800-2200us. Does it mean it gives me 1200us resolution for all the 10 turns?
Yes. If it fits inside.
Or look for a "sail winch servo". You may not get 10 turns. Usually 3-4 for that type of thing.
