muRata CC3000 TypeVK and Arduino UNO R3

Hi guys!

Anyone of you has ever worked with muRata CC3000 TypeVK module?

I used sparkfun cc3000 breakout library to make Arduino board works with muRata CC3000 TypeVK (although i just want to read firmware version and mac address of the module - BoardTest example of Sparkfun SFE_CC3000_Library-master lib) but i did not success. The connection between Arduino board and CC3000 module is set up like instruction in this link CC3000 Hookup Guide - SparkFun Learn.

I'm not sure about using Sparkfun CC3000 library for working with muRata CC3000 TypeVK moudle but i think that both of muRata CC3000 TypeVk and Sparkfun CC3000 wifi breakout use CC3000 from TI so there is no difference between working with them over SPI, is that right?

I doubt that the SPI of muRata CC3000 TypeVK is not compatible with SPI of Arduino UNO R3 because both of Sparfun & Adafruit CC3000 wifi breakout use a 74HC4050 to shift between 5V and 3,3V volatage level in their hardware design but muRata CC3000 TypeVK does not, anyone know about this?
