I'm interested in whether can I play music from a given time with music shield 2 and arduino. And if I can, how, just tell me function from the library which takes time argument to start playing from that time, or some other source to manage do like above.

Do you mean like music from the 70s? Sure, that is possible.
If you mean AT a given time, that depends on whether you know the time.

You can't tell that device to start playing music at a given time. It doesn't know what time it is. You can call a function to start playing music at a given time, if you add an RTC so you know what time it is.
ok, situation is as follows.
i know that song X.mp3 should be started from 0:30sec, so i'd like to start playing music from 0.30sec, and not start from 0.00sec as default.

I see. You want to play part of a song, not starting at the beginning. I don't know if that is possible,
