If you mean AT a given time, that depends on whether you know the time.
And if I can, how, just tell me function from the library which takes time argument to start playing from that time
You can't tell that device to start playing music at a given time. It doesn't know what time it is. You can call a function to start playing music at a given time, if you add an RTC so you know what time it is.
