MX-28R communication with Arduino UNO

Hi! I need to do the communication between a MX-28R (that supports RS485 communication type) and a Arduino Uno. I have already got a RS485 shield for this, but I'm a bit stuck because I don't know how to connect the cables and define the pins in arduino sketch in order to do the position control of the servo. Can you help me please?
