MX2125 Sample Rate

Hi guys,

I'm doing a project for my Mechatronics course and I'm having some trouble with this darn accelerometer. For the parameter I'm measuring for, I need a resolution of at least 200Hz, but I haven't found any documentation on the MX2125's sample rate :(. Does anyone have any idea? I tried to print the time of each sample (x, y values), but I don't know how to do that either :frowning: (using the sample code given).

Well, according to Jameco, it can only handle 100Hz.

Given how slow the serial port is, I wouldn't bother trying to print individual output instances. Rather, I'd try reading results 100 times and using the millis() function to see how long that took. Then infer a reading rate from that.
