Arduino:1.6.9 (Windows 10), Plošča:“Arduino/Genuino Uno”

C:\Users\Nina\Downloads\RC522SerialCheck\RC522SerialCheck.ino:4:31: fatal error: LiquidCrystal_I2C.h: No such file or directory

#include <LiquidCrystal_I2C.h>

compilation terminated.

exit status 1
Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.

This report would have more information with
“Show verbose output during compilation”
option enabled in File → Preferences.

You need to install the LiquidCrystalI2C library. The problem is there are at least two different libraries with the same name. Where did you download RC522SerialCheck from?

from this page: ARDUINO GENUINO

That's not a page, that's two trademarks in uppercase. Please post a link.

Nope, try again. Do you see this:

wixi: C:\Users\Nina\Downloads\RC522SerialCheck\RC522SerialCheck.ino

That means you downloaded something called RC522SerialCheck from somewhere, and no it didn't come from the Arduino IDE download page. I need you to post the link to where you downloaded that sketch.

When you post links please make them clickable by using the chain link icon in the toolbar. This will make it easier for people to help you.

You could have posted the link to the actual download page so I didn't have to search all over for it. You realize I'm just trying to be nice and help you out right? I don't get paid to do this. I managed to find it eventually. Do this:

  • Download
  • Note the location of your sketchbook folder at File > Preferences > Sketchbook Location in the Arduino IDE.
  • Copy the folder C:\Users\Nina\Downloads\\RFID Kit v2.0 for Arduino\Library\LiquidCrystal_I2C to {sketchbook folder}\libraries
  • Restart the Arduino IDE
  • Try to upload or compile your RC522SerialCheck sketch, hopefully it will work!
