My Arduino gesture control project

My car with the receiver makes a beeping noise when I turn it on. I uploaded the code already but I'm not sure what the beeping sound is. any help? Also uploaded my code to the transmitter but doesn't seem to move the car. Would really appreciate the help. (beginner)

Can you check the schematic or wiring diagram after you upload the program to the arduino , cause a small mistake of connection can make a big difference .

if the uploading is done than it is almost done just cross check the wiring diagram and your connection
