My Arduino Mega 2560 is not anymore detecetd by PC

As in title. When I connect it all leds flash properly, but nothing appears in device manager. I tried various drivers but vainly.

have you tried either

  1. plugging it into another USB port?
  2. set up another, or a COM port?

try another computer - if nothing appears too, your Arduino is damaged (maybe only 16U2 need to be reprogrammed)

Yes. I have tried on another computer, with another cable. Even tried another arduino (duemilanove) which was working.
How can I reprogramm it?
