My arduino MKR1000 not recognized and not detected in my laptop

Just tested Anis's Arduino...

  • Does not show up in device manager even after double click
  • Not recognised but Arduino IDO or VS Code
  • Not recognised by Arduino Create Agent and Arduino Cloud
  • Tried hard reset (reset pin and ground), no luck

The power light does come on...

Using mutltiple Arduino's on my win 10 laptop (1000, 1010, nano io33, gsm 1400, ...) and everything works fine. Did a test with another mkr1000 and everything runs fine.

Going to keep searching to help him out.
